Encounters - roundtable discussion

The Athe Sam Festival is not merely a series of performances and shows but a festival in the original sense of the word, often dismissed nowadays, meaning it provides a room for celebration, encounters and discussion. ’Encounters’ is a one-day event that allows young Roma intellectuals to engage in dialogue. The programme was launched last year with the aim of establishing a tradition of it. This year it will allow the presentation of successful projects and initiatives by Roma groups too.
